I like the idea of not using a phone (or any other screen) after 10 PM. It really helps slowing down. Plus, it makes the use of digital devices more intentional.
The downside is that have to make sure my writing is done earlier, but that's something I wanted to do anyhow... So we only have positive aspects until now.
Except the urge to just look at the phone. That's something we have trained ourselves for years. We are all hooked to our screens. Breaking this habit luckily doesn't last as long as doing it.
Let's see what over improvements it will bring to my life.
BTW: Here is a "vegan meatloaf". It was awesome!
