Now is the perfect time to build new habits, at least for some us. Most of the people I know working in IT have been banned to work from home.
You will be home for quite some time, be it 2, 4 or 6 weeks, that's quite some time, great to kick off a new habit. you have the social distance to break out of bad habits.
You do not have the colleagues around you, that ask you for a cigarette every over hour. You don't have the McDonalds or any other unhealthy food near you in the lunch break. You are able to excercise in your lunch break and nobody cares that you sweat and smell.
So now, what's your excuse?
